Banff Brewing Company adheres to the traditional English style of brewing but adds a distinct Canadian twist in order to produce Maple Amber.

Two varieties of premium specialty malts are combined in a single infusion mash system and then mixed with pure Grade "A" Maple Syrup from Quebec and brought to boil in a direct-fired kettle.

The result is like nectar, yielding a deep reddish-brown beer with a full-bodied taste and a silky-smooth finish. Delightfully enhanced by the sweet presence of maple.
